This Warranty Policy explains the protection included with your purchase and the steps to follow if you experience a manufacturing-related issue.

1. Our Quality Guarantee

Every Noarevik product is covered by a 30-day Quality Guarantee, effective from the date your order is delivered.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Loose stitching or defective seams
  • Broken buttons or faulty closures upon arrival
  • Manufacturing flaws affecting the garment's construction
  • Fabric defects present when the item is received
  • Items received in the wrong color, size, or style
  • Products damaged during shipping before delivery

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we'll provide the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

2. What Isn't Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal use or improper care, including:

  • Normal wear from regular use
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing or drying methods
  • Shrinkage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
  • Snags, tears, stains, burns, or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by alterations or misuse
  • Natural fading after repeated washing or prolonged sun exposure
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or modified after delivery

These situations are considered normal product use and are therefore outside the scope of our warranty.

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@noarevik.com within the warranty period.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem
  • Your full name

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

4. Resolution Options

Once your claim has been approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability)
  • A full or partial refund
  • Store credit for a future purchase

For approved warranty claims, Noarevik will cover any replacement shipping costs where applicable.

5. Warranty Period

Warranty requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for warranty coverage.
