2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Shipping on orders over €30. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout before payment.

3. When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your package until it arrives.
